On Saturday, May 5, we delivered the ten care packages for moms for Mother’s Day to Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh along with a basket of art supplies our Founder and Executive Director, Bayley Paharik, won to Ronald McDonald House Pittsburgh. The bags had HAM’s logo on them and were filled with chap stick, playing cards, gum (fruit and mint), hard candies (hard caramel, jolly ranchers, and life saver mints), blankets, note cards, socks with aloe, soft puff tissues, hand lotions, hand sanitizer, crystal light packages (some with lemonade and some with iced tea), calming tea, emery boards, travel mugs, adult coloring books with colored pencils, blank writing journals, pens, and word searches. We also included a letter, a survey with a self addressed stamped envelope for the moms to mail back to us, and a hand written poem by our Founder and Executive Director, Bayley Paharik. Pictured in the pictures are our Founder and Executive Director, Bayley Paharik (in navy HAM shirt), Vice President of HAM board, Tara Dinsmore (in pink HAM shirt), and Kristen from Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh (in blue shirt).
