Fall is here! During the fall months, there are more opportunities to be thankful
especially as we gear up for Thanksgiving. But being grateful can be fun too.
Here are some fun ideas:
1. Cut feathers out of construction paper and have your kids write what they are
thankful for. – If they are too young to write, have them draw a picture.
2. Bring a hot meal to someone who’s having a hard time.
3. Spend time with each other. – Read a book or drink apple cider. By spending time
together enjoying each other, you become more grateful for each other.
4. Donate non-perishable food items or toys to a homeless shelter. – Giving is
better than receiving.
How will you try to be more grateful this Autumn and always?
